Re: Looking for a master track [vocals only]

Seems there must be a lot of dumb bands around then, i have hundreds of master tracks (not including the GH and RB stuff) For the record DJ's and remixers get master tracks quite easy and they are usually the ones who share them online. And you want to search for "Studio master tracks" or ...

Re: Making charts using MIDI files?

You mean my tutorial on making songs without fretting a single note. Really a tutorial isnt needed.. it's 100% exactly the same as fretting a song from scratch, apart from you dont have to lay down any notes (that's what a midi is for).. you just have to move notes up or down to fit on the correct &...

Re: Song plays too fast (it's in stereo)

Really? no reason to respond? this showed up as the second result in google. If this guy hadn't answered i'd still be looking for the answer... No there really wasn't a need. And you really cannot be looking very hard if this was basically your only choice for an answer. That exact question regardi...

Re: REUP SONGS PLS!

a lot of the songs, especially the older ones, we may never get back again.. Mainly because us old schoolers that had them, are mostly not around any more.. And a lot of the newer people never got chance to download them before they went offline.. So those songs will be pretty much gone forever, unl...

Re: Notes are played too fast in FoF !

You have to set 44100 Hz frequency on your .ogg files, then repeat your editing. Not only did you wake a 7 year old dead thread, but the answer you gave was already suggested and the user having the issue had already stated that he does in fact use 44100Hz If you are gonna take the time to answer a...

Upload it to a website that you can download the song as MEGA or another, and put the link right here. Did you seriously just reply to a topic that was nearly 8 years old? You don't get "awesome points" for just aimlessly replying to dead posts, you are aware of that, right ?? Y...

Re: FoF Log file Error

What version of FOF are you using? the two most recent versions 1.2.512 or 1.3.110 (which are really old anyway) are VERY unstable. If you are using Frets On Fire Version 1.2.512 or 1.3.110 (Newest Versions) then- Don't, they are full of bugs, and therefore causes most people problems, and been the ...

Re: Make old FoF versions works on Win7 SP1!!

Lol of course it is. GH3 was made by a professional team of game makers with a real budget and a paycheck at the end. FOF was a clone of those exact games, but made by a group of guys in their bedroom. So yeah i should certainly hope it's better :D Just for sh1ts and giggles, here's a relink for the...

Funnily enough, posting in a thread that hasn't been active in 3 months  But i've only just seen it, i normally don't venture into these parts of the forum. It's where some of the freaky stuff happens  I'm not sure if anything has already been done regarding this yet, but i was thi...

Re: What Happened to the Custom Songs?

The other day the custom songs list of the wikidot page was full of songs. Now there's nothing. What happened? The wikidot page is vastly out of date. The majority of songs on that page don't even exist anymore. You should look on this site for songs not the wikipage. The tune posting section is al...

I overshot the price of the MPA on amazon uk its listed as £34 i thought it said £44 (which is closer to $55usd) but £34 still works out about $45 usd.. https://www.amazon.co.uk/Rockband-Midi...

Re: Creating Songs with electronic drums

The MIDI Pro Adapter (MPA) is $15 on ebay (http://www.ebay.com/itm/XBOX-360-Rock-Band-3-MIDI-PRO-Adapter-BRAND-NEW-SEALED-/221398895859) and about $25 on Amazon (http://www.amazon.com/Xbox-360-Rock-Band-Midi-PRO-Adapter/dp/B00409SOD2). Cheap MIDI adapters are notorious for not working, so a $5 one ...

Re: Creating Songs with electronic drums

As Raynebc has stated, try what he said, by either using the midi pro adapter or software that does the same thing. But failing that you will not be able to use EOF to record the charts. So you will have to resort to doing it in a regular midi program. And for the record, there is nothing stopping y...
