I don't even know what I did to it anymore(I'm pretty sure I did more then just messing with the theme.ini), anyways thanks for the post.

T3HM3T4L:I've tried to sign up for Rock Band but they just won't allow me. They keep complaining I have to 'be over 18' while I've already been 18 for over half a year, and a sign up where I noted I was born in the '50s STILL GAVE ME THAT MESSAGE

So if anyone could help me get these templates, I'd very much appreciate it. I need it to edit notes and stuff for my Rock Band 2.

aander91:Sorry, but that'd be providing for minors, which is illegal.

T3HM3T4L:But I'm 18 years old... ?

aander91:Nope. Sorry.

T3HM3T4L:Nono, you're getting me wrong, I was asking how come I am still considered a minor?

aander91:Look, we can't just go out giving these things away to people who just say they're over 18 and show no proof, we'd be out of a job.

T3HM3T4L:Nevermind, I'll use EoF for it, I found the way I could use it for that.

ok its cool ill compare the documents and see what changes occured

THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just not now im lazy right now

---- EDIT ----

Ambiguity wrote:I fixed the little problem you were having with the advanced options(I didn't check to see if it happens in simple options), I had to edit the image though because death_au's suggestion of simply editing the theme.ini spacing setting didn't work.

Anyways replace "advsettingstext10.png" with this:

Spoiler:Image

My screen resolution is 1024x768 so I dunno if it will work right with larger screens but it should.

.:Edit:.
It turns out the simple options did have a position problem too, this one took a lot longer to get right but I finally got it.

Replace "settingstext9.png" with this:

Spoiler:Image

This reminds me I really gotta finish my theme and stop helping everyone else with theirs lol.

P.S. Nice menu song rips bluzer :).

.:Edit:..:Edit:.
A few problems I encountered but am too lazy to fix:
http://img199.imageshack.us/i/68529036.png/
(the selected character text sits too high and "Saved Characters" is too big)

http://img5.imageshack.us/i/51354146.png/
(you might want to flip the order of the skulls, and move the box higher or push the text alignment lower)

http://img5.imageshack.us/i/98584573.png/
(either make the red selector longer or push the alignment to the left)

Like I said there are a few alignment issues but nothing that can't easily be fixed in the theme.ini =). Other then that(though I didn't explore everything) it looks pretty darn good for one of your first themes :).

for a purpose i did not do a setlist RB2 because its a guitar hero theme

Sad way to get some channel views man.

Anyway, this theme is actually not bad. I liked it. Sure, it isn't perfect, but it's not bad.

Death_Au is right about the question you had about the image looking weird on your settings image. You just need to put more space in between each image on the text image. And after ward properly adjust the space in your theme file of course to compensate for the adjustment. And it should be good to go.

Easy way of adding space is to take your image and use the splice tool, that way you can see for sure if any of the images bleed together or not.

Hehe, thanks for the compliments too. I said before this should all be fun, and not stressfull. Ok, well, stressfull due to making images, and not due to forum crap. LOL.

I think he means space them out, like in the options menu.

The best way to do it would be like this:
first, figure out the height, from the highest to lowest point of the tallest option.
Adjust your canvas size to be exactly that size multiplied by the number of options (in this case 3). If your option's hight is 180px for example (I chose a random number), and you have 3 options, canvas height will be 3*180= 540px
Then put guides spaced evenly down the image. In the example above, you'll put guides at 180px and 360px (turning on the rulers helps)
What you need to do then is use the lasso select tool, select all the options below the top one (including the options on the left hand side) and shift them down so the second option fits in between the next two guides you just placed.
Then do the same for all options below that one, etc, until they all fit within the guides you placed.

When you go and put the menu back into the game, the spacing might be too far apart. that's when you start adjusting the vspacing options in the theme.ini

...wow, I didn't mean to go into such depth... This is getting added to my Pro Tips for FoFiX themes thread.
In which case I might expand on it and add screenshots later

does ayone know how to center the setlist songs....

like this

Diff song title lengths = diff title starting points

Example
one Metallica
Matser of Puppets Metallica
Fade to Black Metallica
Toxicity System of a down
Fuel Metallica
St Anger Metallica

exactly like whats above.
