Here are a few examples:

Glow

Tested with FretsOnFire-1.1.324, with RF_MOD 3.5. These should work with any version of FOF. But at the moment(08/26/07) there is a default glow associated with FOF1.2 that may obscure parts of these glows.

TO GET IT TO WORK:
1) Download and unrar.
2) Place Glow file in FOF mods folder(located in the FOF data folder.)
3) Start FOF.
4) From the main menu; Settings>Game Settings>Mod Settings>Glow: set to on>Apply settings.
5) Play game and enjoy.

You can also place the glow.png(s) in an existing MOD and they will work. As long as there is a glow.svg in that MOD(preferably a blank one.)

EDIT: It's on version 1.2 with Raph's GH mod, by the way :)

Awesome, glad to see some more varied graphics mods. These days it seems it's all about features and add-ons that small graphic mods like this get overlooked. Thanks.

Goodbye everyone. It's been fun. I spent many many hours here on these boards and playing/contributing to FoF. Today I uninstalled my game and deleted all my files. these glows are perfect!

is there anyway to implement one random glows feature?
the glows are just so cool that I can't choose 1!

edit2: HOLY **** can you make one version of galaxy that fits guitar hero mod's notes????

The ying-yang stuff and some glows like the dragon one, and the dragon ying-yang aren't that good, the notes are exactly above tem...
these would only work good with noob keys(seafoo's)

I probably should of put this up with the orignal post. It's the key I used while making these. Seems I been putting it with most of my MODs lately. No exception here...

Raph666Key All credit to Raph666...

...It's a plain hoop with nothing in the middle(shows off the glows well.) With FOF1.1 it shows as grey. I think you can get the colors back if you rename the mesh? But I like the grey, so I never tried. With FOF1.2 the colors shows as per setting of fret color in the fof.ini.

The small one's are inside the key. Larger one's extend outside of it. Both Noob and Fozz keys should work well with all the glows.

Yea, but there is a default glow coded into FOF1.2 that goes around the keys. This obscures some of the glows. I'm hopefull that Alex can sort this, with the full version of RF4.

I'm taking it you mean Raph666's GH key? I will see about making a few to go with that key tomorrow.

Glad you guys are liking them. I will likely do more here and there. I would also like to add hitglows and hitflames to this thread if and when Capo's MOD is working with RF4 on FOF1.2.

Thanks, it's the one I've been using the most myself. It fits the best with the hitflames from SGH2. But that may change with some of the newer options.

Here are 10 that were sized while I was using Raph666's Guitar Hero Key from FOF1.1. A few older one's resized and a few new.
